Save on Costs by Ordering Smarter in 2025

In 2025, many companies are looking for ways to cut costs without sacrificing quality. One simple way to do that is by ordering in larger quantities less frequently.

For example, if you order 100 t-shirts 12 times a year, your cost per shirt could be significantly lower if you order 1,200 at once or even 600 twice. This isn’t always top of mind with day-to-day needs, but it can lead to major savings.

With larger orders, we can also explore fully custom manufacturing options overseas or elsewhere, often reducing costs while increasing customization. One restaurant we worked with was paying $3.90 per pair for basic socks with minimal customization. By adjusting their order volume, we brought costs down to as low as $3.00 per pair—while upgrading them from one generic style to 12 unique options.
