How Fast Can I Ship a Rush Order?

Rush orders have evolved significantly from 2019 to 2023, with standard production times for promotional products now averaging around 2.5 weeks plus transit time, as opposed to the pre-COVID timelines of around 1 week plus transit time. Be Branded's rush order speed varies by product; certain items like water bottles and pens can ship within 2-3 days, exemplified by a recent case of butter mints ordered on Monday and delivered by Friday. Expedited production and transit are crucial for rush orders, but it's important to note that "24-hour shipping" means the supplier ships the next business day after proof approval by a specific cutoff time. Screen-printed apparel can typically rush within a week between January and August but during holiday seasons, rush options may extend to 2 weeks with standard printing taking up to 4 weeks. Are There Restrictions on Rush Orders?

Rush orders do typically have restrictions on them. Rush orders for screen-printed items usually allow only one-color imprints in a single location. For multiple colors or locations, the standard timeline applies. Sometimes with rush orders, you will also not be able to see a digital mockup of how your logo will be placed on the product prior to the order going to production.
